Support and Outreach is a program offering confidential 1 on 1 support for people at risk for, or living with blood born infections (BBI's). We employ our social worker, Katia, to provide 1 on 1 support to meet your individual needs, and support you were you are at. this can include accompanying to appointments, referral to services, or  1 on 1 work To learn more about this, please see bellow.
